    Bought a chair from this store three weeks ago and delivery has been promised twice and failed and now I had to contact them and they are saying November 8th. Very poor customer service and no follow up at all. Shocking way to treat customers

    Store is too big. Comprises two floors but fashion isnt that much appealing as compare to other clothing retailer in market with same price but better quality. NEXT products are not what these used to be 5-6 years ago. in short words, you are not finding these as long lasting ones..
