  Updating this review as all issues now resolved, with help from the store manager. They paid for us to have the paint touched up and replaced the faulty carpet. Fitter second time round was great. Good service in the store but fitters for hall landing and stairs were very poor. Chipped the gloss paint in several places, emulsion was scratched off at the corners and one bit of carpet left with a thread missing. They insisted on leaving in a hurry so no time to check the work. Called the shop and fitter called back and said this was normal as part of fitting a carpet. Store manager promised to call back and never did. Very disappointed.

  Great quality and price. They offer a service to lift old floors and move furniture (£100), which was very convenient as I would not have been able to do it. Free installation of carpets and very reasonable for laminate. Check their website for discounts.
